1. Las Dos Voluntades

[At Baptism, I speak and say. “This is the role I want this creature to fulfill in my Mystical Body. This is where I assign them.” There are two wills. They are always united because I and the Father are one. My Father’s will has a plan for every creature and my will assigns a baptized person a place, a role, a task, a function in my Body, the Church.]
En el Bautismo, Yo hablo y digo: “Este es el papel que quiero que esta criatura cumpla en Mi Cuerpo Místico. Aquí es donde Yo los asigno.” Existen dos voluntades. Ellas siempre están unidas porque el Padre y Yo somos uno. La voluntad de Mi Padre tiene un plan para cada criatura y Mi voluntad le asigna a una persona bautizada un lugar, un papel, una tarea, una función en Mi Cuerpo, la Iglesia.
[The person’s inner search has two parts – to discover the powers of nature, the talents placed within by the heavenly Father. But this search will take the person only so far along the road. The person will walk the road of earth and will discover their career and their family. However, the supernatural will be closed to them and their great role in my Mystical Body will never be fulfilled.]
La búsqueda interior de la persona tiene dos partes – descubrir los poderes de la naturaleza, los talentos colocados dentro por el Padre Celestial. Pero esta búsqueda llevará a la persona sólo hasta cierto punto a lo largo del camino. La persona recorrerá el camino terrenal y descubrirá su carrera y su familia. Sin embargo, lo sobrenatural se cerrará para ella y su gran papel en Mi Cuerpo Místico nunca se cumplirá.
[I am the Way and everyone must find me. He who finds me, finds life. A new life opens up, with new goals that last forever. Sometimes, these new goals tear down the goals of nature. Nature stores up possessions, but the new goals distribute and give away. Nature protects the body. The new goals subject the body and do not place bodily health as a priority. All is new. This is what I will explain.]
Yo Soy el Camino y todo el mundo debe encontrarme. El que me encuentra, encuentra vida. Una nueva vida se abre, con nuevos objetivos que duran para siempre. A veces, estas nuevas metas truncan las metas de la naturaleza. La naturaleza acumula posesiones, pero los nuevos objetivos distribuyen y regalan. La naturaleza protege el cuerpo. Las nuevas metas someten al cuerpo y no ponen la salud corporal como una prioridad. Todo es nuevo. Esto es lo que voy a explicar.
2. El Único Camino Hacia la Vida

[So many do not know the road that leads to life. It is hidden from their eyes. They never awaken to faith. They believe that they have gained everything when they have grasped the things of earth. But earth passes away. The things of earth slip through their hands. Even if they are held on to, they cannot satisfy. Clinging to earth can never satisfy. Instead, another voice whispers within, “Come this way”. So many do not hear that voice. It is drowned out by their passions. Others hear the voice, but do not grasp its importance, as if it were just one road among many. Others see the importance but they falsely misjudge that the price is too high. They cannot see that this is the priceless road, the only road the leads to life.]
Muchos no conocen el camino que lleva a la vida. Está oculto a sus ojos. Nunca despiertan a la fe. Ellos creen que lo han ganado todo cuando han conseguido las cosas de la tierra. Pero la tierra pasará. Las cosas de la tierra se escurren de sus manos. Incluso si logran sujetarlas, no les llegan a satisfacer. Aferrarse a lo terrenal nunca puede satisfacer. [Yes, all must understand. Earth has many, many roads but only one road leads to life. “I am the Way”. All must search for me. “Whoever finds me, finds life”. This life is so different and those who have found this life know that, before, they were empty.]
Sí, todos deben entender. La tierra tiene muchos, muchos caminos, pero sólo un camino lleva a la vida. “Yo Soy el Camino”. Todos deben buscarme. “El que Me encuentra, encuentra vida”. Esta vida es tan diferente y los que la han encontrado saben que, antes, estaban vacíos.
[I can be found. “Seek and you shall find.” I said this about myself and the new life. My first disciples asked, “Where are you staying?” “Come, and you will see”, I answered (Jn.1:37-39). That will be our next teaching.]
Yo puedo ser hallado. “Busquen y encontrarán.” Dije esto acerca de Mí mismo y de la vida nueva. Mis primeros discípulos preguntaron: “¿Dónde vives?” “Vengan y verán”, les respondí (Juan 1: 37-39). Esa será nuestra próxima enseñanza.
3. El Mañana Nunca Llega

[Do not take anything for granted. You must search for this new life and you must not put off the search until tomorrow. Tomorrow is too late and tomorrow never comes.]
No den nada por sentado. Tienen que buscar esta nueva vida y no deben postergar la búsqueda hasta mañana. Mañana es demasiado tarde y mañana nunca llega.
[To find me, to come to me and to stay with me must be the deepest passion of your life, like an all-consuming fire. Anything else is not worthy of me and will never find me. Search for me in the morning and night, in the good times and the bad. If you put off this search, something else will take its place. Instead of the all-consuming fire, you will be consumed by trifles and by goals that are unworthy of you.]
Encontrarme, venir a Mí y permanecer Conmigo debe ser la pasión más profunda de sus vidas, como un fuego que lo consume todo. Cualquier otra cosa no es digna de Mí y nunca me hallará. Búsquenme por la mañana y por la noche, en los buenos tiempos y en los malos. Si posponen esta búsqueda, otra cosa ocupará su lugar. En vez del fuego abrasador, serán consumidos por nimiedades y por objetivos que son indignos de ustedes.
[So, come, let us set out, leaving everything behind. The heavenly Father will provide for us on this journey to find life.]
Así pues, vamos, pongámonos en camino, dejando todo atrás. El Padre Celestial proveerá para nosotros en este viaje para encontrar vida.
4. El Objetivo del Reino de Dios

[Do not swerve to the right or the left, and allow no distractions to blind you even for one moment. Your eyes must be on the goal because eternal life or eternal death depends on this.]
No se desvíen a la derecha o a la izquierda, no permitan que las distracciones les cieguen ni por un momento. Sus ojos deben estar en la meta, porque la vida eterna o la muerte eterna dependen de esto.
[The world does not preach to you as I do. The world holds out its favors and says, “Choose among them. They are yours. The price is right.” In this way, you spend yourself on trifles and have nothing to show for it. I preach that you must sacrifice, that you must “Lose your life” and that all is to be given away for the kingdom.]
El mundo no les predica como Yo lo hago. El mundo ofrece sus favores y dice: “Elijan entre estos favores. Son suyos. El precio es justo”. De esta manera, ustedes se desviven por bagatelas y no tienen nada en realidad. Yo predico que deben sacrificarse, que tienen que “perder la vida” y que todo ha de ser entregado por el Reino.
[“The kingdom of God”, that is your goal. This kingdom waits for you. It already comes into your heart if you want it. This kingdom is life, fullness of life. The greatest moment in a person’s life is when they find some goal that is worth living for and dying for. For every human being, without exception, that goal is the kingdom of God. Nothing else will do. Anything less is not worthy of you and cannot fill your heart created by God.]
“El Reino de Dios”, esa es la meta. Este Reino espera por ustedes. Ya entra en su corazón si así lo desean. Este Reino es vida, plenitud de vida. El momento más grande en la vida de una persona es cuando encuentra algún objetivo por el cual vale la pena vivir y morir. Para todo ser humano, sin excepción, ese objetivo es el Reino de Dios. Nada más lo será. Cualquier cosa menos no es digna de ustedes y no puede llenar su corazón que fue creado por Dios.
5. Caminando en la Oscuridad

[When you walk away from the kingdom, you walk in darkness, like someone who has turned their back to the sun. As you continue to walk away, life becomes cold and dark, because it is a life without the sun. Finally, it is night and the person wonders what to do.]
Cuando ustedes caminan lejos del Reino, caminan en la oscuridad, como alguien que ha dado la espalda al sol. A medida que continúan alejándose, la vida se vuelve fría y oscura, porque es una vida sin el sol. Por último, es de noche y la persona se pregunta qué puede hacer.
[They need only turn around. The sun has not moved. Yet, so many forces say, “Keep moving. It is better ahead. You will come out of this” but all of this is a lie. Time is wasted. Opportunities to return are squandered. Even the memories of what it was like to live in the light vanish. No stirring for the light exists. The person is dead even though they are still alive.]
Lo único que necesitan es dar media vuelta. El sol no se ha movido. Sin embargo, tantas fuerzas les dicen: “Sigan en movimiento. Mejora más adelante. Van a salir de esto”, pero todo esto es mentira. Se desperdicia tiempo. Las oportunidades para regresar son malgastadas. Incluso los recuerdos de lo que era vivir en la luz se desvanecen. No existe la emoción por la luz. La persona está muerta a pesar de que todavía está viva.
[The world is filled with these persons from whom the Spirit of life has long since departed. That is why I give these messages. I hold out a ray of hope. This is a final chance, the choice before the final moment when I will come for you. Repent now and live again.]
El mundo está lleno de estas personas de las cuales el Espíritu de vida se ha marchado hace tiempo. Es por eso que doy estos mensajes. Extiendo un rayo de esperanza. Esta es la última oportunidad, la elección antes del momento final en que Yo vendré por ustedes. Arrepiéntanse ahora y vivan de nuevo.
6. El Inquieto Corazón Humano

[I would like to speak about another matter. The human heart is restless and never satisfied. It searches and finds, but realizes that it cannot hold on because time constantly moves on. The moment of possession is over. The human heart moves on to its next goal. So, there is a constant searching, finding, possessing and then, what is possessed does not fill the heart. Life moves quickly from one stage to the next and man is never settled because God has made the human heart too big. Pile all that earth can give into your heart and it is like a drop of water sitting in a desert.]
Me gustaría hablar de otro asunto. El corazón humano es inquieto y nunca está satisfecho. Él busca y encuentra, pero se da cuenta que nada puede aferrar porque el tiempo constantemente avanza. El momento de la tenencia se termina. El corazón humano pasa a su siguiente objetivo. Y así, hay una constante búsqueda, hallazgo, posesión y después, lo que se posee ya no llena el corazón. La vida se mueve rápidamente de una etapa a la siguiente, y el hombre nunca se calma porque Dios ha hecho demasiado grande el corazón humano. [You are made for the infinite and for the timeless and you will never find either of these on earth. Everything on earth is limited, and even the limited good fades away. It’s either no longer attractive or no longer available and then death sweeps everything away. O, foolish man, you try to fill your infinite, immortal heart with what is limited and passing. This is the cause of your endless restlessness.]
Ustedes fueron creados para lo infinito y lo intemporal y jamás encontrarán ninguno de estos en la tierra. Todo en la tierra es limitado, e incluso lo bueno limitado se desvanece. Sea que pierde su atractivo o que ya no está disponible, luego la muerte lo barre todo. Oh, hombre insensato, intentas llenar tu infinito, tu corazón inmortal, con lo que es limitado y pasajero. [I must lift your eyes up to a different goal, one that is hidden from your sight but not difficult to see, if only you try. Your heart has other stirrings. These are not the senseless passions or the selfish drives for power. These stirrings lift you up, and are placed there by my Father. They do not overpower you like your passions, nor do they overwhelm you like your inner drives. They invite you. They wait respectfully at the door of your heart. They knock. They do not invade. They patiently stand outside, hoping that you will open your heart.]
Debo hacerlos levantar sus ojos hacia un objetivo diferente, uno que está oculto a la vista pero que no es difícil de ver, si tan sólo ustedes lo intentaran. Su corazón tiene otras agitaciones. Estas no son las pasiones insensatas o los impulsos egoístas por el poder. Estas emociones que los elevan, fueron puestas allí por Mi Padre. Ellas no los dominan a ustedes como sus pasiones, ni los abruman como sus impulsos internos. Ellas invitan. Esperan respetuosamente en la puerta de su corazón. Piden permiso. No invaden. Pacientemente aguardan afuera, con la esperanza de que ustedes abran su corazón.
[If you invite them in, they will bring a freshness and true life. If you invite them to stay, they will totally cleanse your house of all that destroys you. They want to stay. They do not leave unless you reject them. These stirrings do not serve themselves but they bless every heart that welcomes them. As you receive their blessings, your eyes are opened. The old ways are set aside. The new is much, much better. Your heart is at peace. Your body has what it needs but its desires are now subject to you, and not you to them.]
Si ustedes las invitan a entrar, les traerán el frescor y la vida verdadera. Si las invitan a quedarse, ellas purificarán totalmente su casa de todo lo que es destructivo. Ellas quieren quedarse y no los abandonarán a menos que ustedes las rechacen. Estas emociones no se sirven a sí mismas, sino que bendicen a cada corazón que les da la bienvenida. [Once this is accomplished, you are ready to dream of what you can do. You are ready to set out on your journey, on the road that your Creator has determined and willed for you, but which you yourself must also choose. I will speak of that the next time.]
Una vez logrado esto, están listos para soñar con lo que pueden hacer. Ustedes están listos para embarcarse en el viaje, en el camino que su Creador ha determinado y ha querido para ustedes, pero que ustedes también deben elegir. Voy a hablar de eso la próxima vez.
8. Atracciones de Dios

[The world has many paths and you see these with your bodily eyes, ponder them with your human intellect and choose them by your free will. This is the way of earth. But your heavenly Father also has a path for you that he has planned and for which he has formed you. This is the way of heaven and the Creator has placed a voice within you that says, “Come this way. Walk by this path”. Other possibilities must be cleared away. Other attractions must be rejected. Otherwise, this voice grows weak. Other voices clamor for your attention. They, however, speak only to your superficial desires, offering to you goals that will pass away. The Creator’s voice is quite different. His is the voice of the heart, of the spirit, of the soul, of the person.]
El mundo tiene muchos caminos que ustedes ven con sus ojos corporales, examinan con su intelecto humano y eligen por su libre albedrío. Este es el camino de la tierra. Pero el Padre Celestial también tiene un camino que Él ha planeado y por el cual los ha formado. Este es el camino del Cielo y el Creador ha puesto una voz dentro de ustedes que dice: “Toma esta ruta. Ven por este camino”. Otras posibilidades deben ser abandonadas. Otras atracciones deben ser rechazadas. De lo contrario, esta voz se debilita. Otras voces claman por su atención. Ellas, sin embargo, se dirigen únicamente a sus deseos superficiales, ofreciéndoles objetivos que son pasajeros. La voz del Creador es muy diferente. [Yes, you are a human person, made in the image of your Creator, and as a person, you have a destiny, a purpose that cannot be gained by following your instincts (as the animals do). You must hear and follow your Creator’s voice that speaks so clearly within you, if you would only listen. I will teach you this the next time.]
Sí, tú eres una persona humana, hecha a imagen de tu Creador, y como persona, tienes un destino, un propósito que no puede lograrse siguiendo a tus instintos (como hacen los animales). Tienen que oír y seguir la voz de su Creador que habla con tanta claridad dentro de ustedes, si tan solo lo escucharan. Les enseñaré esto la próxima vez.
9. La Voz de Dios

[Did your earthly father speak to you? Did your mother speak to you? Certainly they did. You needed voices from the adult world. You were a child, recently born into this world. You were walking and talking and discovering your little world. At this point, you needed a voice that guided you. Otherwise, you would have touched the hot stove, or used the sharp knife and cut yourself. So, God provided adult voices that helped you and made for you a path of light. All through the years, the adult voice is meant to be there until you are grown and ready to walk your own path. All of this the heavenly Father has provided.]
¿Su padre terrenal hablaba con ustedes? ¿Su madre les hablaba? Ciertamente ellos lo hacían. Ustedes necesitaban voces del mundo adulto. Eran niños, recién nacidos en este mundo. Estaban caminando y hablando y descubriendo su pequeño mundo. En este punto, necesitaban una voz que los guiara. De lo contrario, habrían tocado la estufa caliente, o utilizado un cuchillo afilado y se hubieran cortado. Así, Dios proveyó voces adultas que los ayudaron e hicieron para ustedes un camino de luz. A lo largo de los años, la voz del adulto está para acompañarlos hasta que ustedes son mayores y están listos para recorrer su propio camino. El Padre Celestial ha proporcionado todo esto.
[Are these the only voices you are meant to hear? Would the Father provide all these voices – parents, teachers, relatives and counselors – and himself be silent? Would he entrust you to human voices only, when these could lead you astray or push you onto paths that were not meant for you? Does an earthly parent just turn you over to others or do they watch carefully those who influence you and correct whatever is harmful?]
¿Son estas las únicas voces que ustedes están destinados a escuchar? ¿Proporcionaría el Padre todas estas voces – papás y mamás, maestros, familiares y consejeros – y Él mismo estaría en silencio? ¿Los encomendaría sólo a voces humanas, cuando éstas podrían extraviarlos o llevarlos por caminos que no son para ustedes? ¿Un padre terrenal simplemente entrega sus hijos a los demás o vigila cuidadosamente a quienes pueden influir en ellos y corrige todo lo que sea dañino?
[The Father created you as a person. He provided earthly voices to speak on his behalf, but he does not turn you over. You are his creation from beginning to end. He who created you in his own image and likeness, wants to form you in that same likeness. This is the purpose of God’s voice. (Without this voice, you cannot become a full child of God.) Only by this voice, can you become fully a child of the Most High. That will be our next lesson.]
El Padre los ha creado como personas. Él proveyó voces terrenales para que hablen en Su nombre, pero Él no los entrega. Ustedes son Su creación de principio a fin. Él, que los creó a Su Imagen y Semejanza, quiere formarlos en esa misma semejanza. Este es el propósito de la voz de Dios. (Sin esta voz, no pueden convertirse en un hijo pleno de Dios.) Solamente por esta voz, ustedes pueden llegar a ser totalmente hijos del Altísimo. Esa será nuestra próxima lección.
10. La Voz de Jesús

[When mankind hears the voice of God, then light comes to his intellect, and the forces of good invade his will. He is carried along to moment of decision. The decision always lies in the free will of man, but God’s voice carries him to that moment when he can freely act and choose what is right.]
Cuando la humanidad escucha la voz de Dios, entonces la luz llega a su intelecto, y las fuerzas del bien invaden su voluntad. Ella es llevada hasta el momento de la decisión. La decisión siempre radica en el libre albedrío del hombre, pero la voz de Dios le lleva a ese momento en que puede actuar libremente y elegir lo que es correcto.
[What if that voice is silent or cannot be heard? Then, man has the greatest difficulty in doing what is right. He still remains free, but to choose the good is so far away that only superhuman efforts made only by a few actually succeed. The great mass of mankind is doomed to failure because they do not hear the heavenly Father’s voice.]
¿Y si esa voz es silenciosa o no puede oírse? Entonces, el hombre tiene la mayor dificultad en hacer lo que es correcto. Él sigue siendo libre, pero elegir el bien está tan lejano que únicamente los esfuerzos sobrehumanos hechos por sólo unos pocos realmente prosperan. La gran masa de la humanidad está condenada al fracaso porque no oyen la voz del Padre Celestial.
[This is the current state of mankind and I will use this gift to shift the whole atmosphere. Mankind will hear my voice not only in these written words but in the words I will speak within each heart and in many other ways. This will be an age of God’s word in which man will be drawn so close to goodness that he is free again to choose what is right.]
Este es el estado actual de la humanidad y voy a usar este don para cambiar toda la atmósfera. La humanidad oirá Mi Voz no sólo en estas palabras escritas, sino en las palabras que Yo hablaré dentro de cada corazón y de muchas otras maneras. Esta será una Era de la Palabra de Dios en la que el hombre será atraído tan cerca de la bondad que estará libre de nuevo para elegir lo que es correcto.
11. Los Temas de Jesús

[My voice is drowned out by the cacophony of voices that scream so loud, each trying to sell their wares and get attention for themselves. The marketplace is filled with voices which use every possible means to gain a hearing.]
Mi Voz es ahogada por la cacofonía de voces que gritan tan fuerte, cada una tratando de vender sus productos y obtener la atención para sí mismos. El mercado está lleno de voces que utilizan todos los medios posibles para obtener una audiencia.
[How can I be heard when the human heart is immersed in a marketplace filled with noise. O reader, you must come aside. There is no other way for you to hear. You must come to a quiet place. I will lead you, if you would only follow me. This is the first inner drawing of my Spirit. He leads you away. The voices of the marketplace sell earth’s goods and speak of earth’s events, but none speaks of eternal life. None speaks of the greatness of the human soul created by God. None speaks to you as a human person, created by the infinite God for an eternal destiny. These will be my themes. You will not hear them elsewhere. Let us begin along the Sea of Galilee.]
¿Cómo puedo ser escuchado cuando el corazón humano está inmerso en un mercado lleno de ruido? Oh, lector, tienes que venir a un lado. No hay otra manera para que me escuchen. Tienen que venir a un lugar tranquilo. Yo les guiaré, si tan sólo me siguieran. Este es el primer acercamiento interior de Mi Espíritu. Él los lleva lejos. Las voces del mercado venden bienes terrenales y hablan de acontecimientos terrenales, pero ninguna habla de la Vida Eterna. Ninguna habla de la grandeza del alma humana creada por Dios. 12. La Invitación

[The Father had placed a truth in my heart that I had to proclaim. The kingdom was at hand and I had to announce this to all of Israel. I needed helpers. So, as I walked along the Sea of Galilee, I saw Peter and Andrew, and I invited them to follow me. I, then, saw James and John, and invited them, also.]
El Padre había puesto una Verdad en Mi Corazón que Yo tenía que proclamar. El Reino estaba a la mano y tenía que anunciarlo a todo Israel. Yo necesitaba ayudantes. Así, mientras caminaba junto al Mar de Galilea, vi a Pedro y a Andrés, y los invité a seguirme. Luego, vi a Santiago y a Juan, y también los invité.
[These were the first four. They had taken their first steps into the kingdom of God. That was where I was headed and they were coming with me. Right now, I invite you to come. I will relive with you the scenes of the gospel. You will see them come alive before your eyes, as I saw them and experienced them. Stay with me and I will take you into my kingdom.]
Estos fueron los primeros cuatro. Habían dado sus primeros pasos en el Reino de Dios. Hacia allí me dirigía y ellos venían Conmigo. En este momento, Yo los invito a venir. Voy a revivir con ustedes las escenas del Evangelio. Las verán cobrar vida ante sus ojos, tal como Yo las vi y las experimenté. Quédense Conmigo y Yo los llevaré a Mi Reino.
13. Los Cuatro Primeros Discípulos

[I looked at these four men. The Father had led me to them and their quick response lifted up my heart. Would others respond that quickly and with total self-giving? These four were quite special, upon them I would build my Church. This was a good beginning.]
Miré a estos cuatro hombres. El Padre me había llevado a ellos y su rápida respuesta levantó Mi Corazón. ¿Los demás responderían así de rápido y con total entrega personal? Estos cuatro eran muy especiales, sobre ellos Yo edificaría Mi Iglesia. Este fue un buen comienzo.
[I shared with them all my thoughts, the dreams which the Father had put into my heart. I told them that the kingdom was at hand and that this was a time of urgency. The message was not new to them. They had heard this same theme from John, the Baptist. He had prepared their hearts, as he did for many others.]
Compartí con ellos todos Mis pensamientos, los sueños que el Padre había puesto en Mi Corazón. Les dije que el Reino estaba cerca y que éste era un momento de urgencia. El mensaje no era nuevo para ellos. Habían oído este mismo tema de Juan el Bautista. Él había preparado sus corazones, como lo hizo con muchos otros.
[I brought to them a fullness, a clearer explanation of all the powers of the kingdom. They did not regret their decision to leave everything behind. They had found the kingdom, the pearl of a great price and the treasure hidden in the field.]

14. Expulsando al espíritu inmundo

[Our first step was the synagogue. The Father led me there but now all was new. The Spirit of the Lord was upon me. I was not just to attend. I had to speak and proclaim. Inside me, I also experienced a great faith that the power of God would manifest itself if I were just faithful to my inner anointing.]
Nuestro primer paso fue la sinagoga. El Padre me llevó allí, pero ahora todo era nuevo. El Espíritu del Señor vino sobre Mí. Yo no estaba sólo para asistir. Tenía que hablar y proclamar. Dentro de Mí, también experimenté una gran fe en que el poder de Dios se manifestaría si Yo permanecía simplemente fiel a Mi unción interior.
[So, we entered the synagogue and I began to teach. There was present a man with an unclean spirit. Suddenly, this evil spirit began to manifest itself, asking, “What have we to do with you? Have you come to destroy us?”]
Así, entramos en la sinagoga y comencé a enseñar. Allí estaba presente un hombre con un espíritu inmundo. Súbitamente, este espíritu maligno comenzó a manifestarse, preguntando: “¿Qué tenemos que ver contigo? ¿Has venido a destruirnos?”
[I felt sorry for the man. Until now, his problem had been concealed. Now, the Evil Ones had to be cast out. With just a word, “Quiet. Come out of him”, this was accomplished. All were amazed. The Father had wasted no time. The new powers of teaching and driving out evil spirits were on full display.]
Sentí lástima por el hombre. Hasta ahora, su problema se había ocultado. Ahora, los demonios tenían que ser arrojados. Con una sola palabra, "Cállate. Sal de él ", esto se logró. [They said that Peter’s mother-in-law was ill with a fever. They quickly thought of these new powers of the kingdom and asked me to heal her. I rebuked the fever and she got up and served us.]
Ellos dijeron que la suegra de Pedro estaba enferma con fiebre. Rápidamente pensaron en estos nuevos poderes del Reino y me pidieron que la sanara. Increpé a la fiebre, que desapareció, y ella se levantó y se puso a servirnos.
[The time was short because soon the people would be bringing their sick. Suddenly, I was no longer alone. The two parts of my ministry were quickly taking form. I cherished those closest to me and I enjoyed the enthusiastic response of the crowds. But always, the clouds loomed large. The future would not be this easy.]
El tiempo era corto porque pronto las personas estarían trayendo a sus enfermos. De repente, ya no estaba solo. Las dos partes de Mi Ministerio estaban tomando forma rápidamente. [I had a Baptism with which I must be baptized – the suffering on the cross. And, I had a fire which I had to cast in the whole world. How anxious I was, until that was accomplished. But for now, the beginnings were filled with special joy. The people and the sick were gathering outside the house.]
Yo tenía un Bautismo con el que debía ser bautizado – el sufrimiento en la Cruz. Y, un fuego que tenía que traer al mundo entero. Qué angustia sentía Yo, hasta que se cumpliera. Pero por ahora, los inicios se llenaban de alegría especial. El pueblo y los enfermos se reunían fuera de la casa.
16. Las Multitudes Ganan Esperanza

[They came from near and far, all with a desire to be freed of their illnesses and afflictions. It should never have been this way. Illness and evil possession did not exist in the beginning. Earth had taken on what the heavenly Father never intended.]
Ellos vinieron de cerca y de lejos, todos con el deseo de ser liberados de sus enfermedades y aflicciones. Nunca debería haber sido así. La enfermedad y la posesión del mal no existían en el comienzo. La tierra había asumido lo que el Padre Celestial nunca tuvo la intención.
[The signs of evil were everywhere, especially in the daily hopelessness of these overwhelming problems. Now, they had a glimmer of hope. The power of the kingdom was restoring the world to how it was in the beginning. The power of God was flowing out from my ministry.]
Los signos del mal estaban por todas partes, sobre todo en la desesperanza cotidiana de estos problemas abrumadores. Ahora, ellos tenían una luz de esperanza. El poder del Reino estaba restaurando el mundo a como era en el principio. El poder de Dios estaba fluyendo desde Mi Ministerio.
[The results were astounding. All were set free from the Evil One and all were healed by the Holy Spirit.]

[Where do I go from here? I did what I always did at Nazareth. I sought the Father’s will in the solitude of prayer. He did not fail me. He showed me all the towns and villages of Galilee. “Go to these”, he said, “and I will bless you there as I have in Capernaum”.]
¿Adónde voy Yo desde aquí? Hice lo que siempre hacía en Nazaret. Busqué la voluntad del Padre en la soledad de la oración. Él no me falló. Me mostró todas las ciudades y pueblos de Galilea. "Ve a estos lugares", Me dijo, "y Yo te bendeciré allá como lo hice en Cafarnaúm".
[When Simon and the others discovered where I was, they had quite different ideas. “The people are awaiting you. They want you to return”. The heavenly Father had already set my course. I had to follow his words. “No”, I said, “I must tour all the towns and villages of Galilee. All must know that the kingdom is at hand”. So, we set out, leaving behind the people who were so willing to receive me and going to towns where I was unknown. However, the Father had told me to do this and said that he would bless my work. His kingdom within me was drawing me into the great mysteries which are contained only in his will.]
Cuando Simón y los otros descubrieron en dónde estaba Yo, tenían ideas muy diferentes. "Las personas están esperándote. Quieren que regreses". El Padre Celestial ya había fijado Mi curso. Tenía que seguir Sus palabras. "No", les dije, "tengo que recorrer todas las ciudades y pueblos de Galilea. Todos deben saber que el Reino está cerca". Así, nos pusimos en camino, dejando atrás el pueblo que estaba tan dispuesto a recibirme, para ir a las ciudades donde Yo era desconocido. Sin embargo, el Padre me había dicho que hiciera esto y dijo que bendeciría Mi trabajo. Su Reino dentro de Mí me atraía hacia los grandes misterios que están contenidos sólo en Su Voluntad.
18. Siempre el Mismo Mensaje

[At each town, I saw the true plight of the people. They were poor and sick, with so many needs. In the midst of all these problems, what was I to bring to them? I had to be faithful to the anointing of the Father. I did only what the Father wanted me to do and his voice was so clear within. “Tell the people that the kingdom of God is at hand. This is the time of fulfillment. They must repent and believe the good news”.]
En cada ciudad, vi la verdadera situación de la gente. Eran pobres y estaban enfermos, con tantas necesidades. En medio de todos estos problemas, ¿qué iba a traerles? Yo tenía que ser fiel a la unción del Padre. Hice sólo lo que el Padre quería que hiciera y Su voz fue tan clara adentro. “Dile a la gente que el Reino de Dios está cerca. Este es el tiempo del cumplimiento. Ellos deben arrepentirse y creer en las Buenas Nuevas “.
[I did not vary the message. In every town and village, I told them what the Father said to me. The results were overwhelming. So many did hear and did believe. Many followed me from village to village and quickly I knew what I needed to do.]
Yo no cambié el mensaje. En cada ciudad y pueblo, les dije lo que el Padre me dijo a Mí. Los resultados fueron abrumadores. Muchos escucharon y creyeron. Muchos me siguieron de pueblo en pueblo y rápidamente supe lo que tenía que hacer.
19. La Elección de los Doce

[Many followed but certain ones showed the strongest desires to be with me. I had to put them in groups and define who they were and what I wanted them to do. The first four were Peter, Andrew, James and John who had been with me from the very beginning. They were the rock foundation, the core of the disciples. Then, there were others who also stood out.]
Muchos me siguieron, pero algunos demostraron los más fuertes deseos de estar Conmigo. Tenía que ponerlos en grupos y definir quiénes eran y lo que Yo quería que hicieran. Los cuatro primeros fueron Pedro, Andrés, Santiago y Juan que habían estado Conmigo desde el principio. Ellos eran la base de la roca, el núcleo de los discípulos. [As always, I came before the Father in prayer, placing before him all the names and diverse personalities. I decided on twelve, really three groups of four, each with their purpose and functioning.]

[So, I called them to myself. To these, I would commit so many personal resources of time and energy. Once I got them into place, there would be other groupings. Also, there were the holy women who slowly were drawn, one at a time.]
Así, Yo los llamé para Mí mismo. A éstos, les encomendaría tantos recursos personales de tiempo y energía. Una vez que los ubiqué, habría otros agrupamientos. Además, allí estaban las santas mujeres que poco a poco fueron atraídas, una a la vez.
20. Una Comunidad Formada por Rigores

[Always, we were on the move, with little time to serve personal needs. All of this formed my little company of disciples. The deprivations demanded by this constant traveling bonded them together in the spirit of sacrifice.]
Siempre, nosotros estábamos en movimiento, con poco tiempo para servir a las necesidades personales. Todo esto formó Mi pequeña compañía de discípulos. Las privaciones exigidas por este constante viajar los unió en el espíritu de sacrificio.
[We were isolated from others, not by any walls, but by the very harshness of the demands. Many would follow us closely for a while and enjoy the gift of our community, but only a few saw it in their heart to continue with us day after day.]
Estábamos aislados de los demás, no por unas paredes, sino por la misma dureza de las demandas. Muchos nos seguían de cerca por un tiempo y disfrutaban del regalo de nuestra comunidad, pero sólo unos pocos lo vieron en su corazón y continuaron con nosotros día tras día.
[So, without much direct effort, the community of my apostles and disciples was formed by the very rigors of this life of being a traveling preacher. How I appreciated their daily sacrifices and how I rejoiced in their companionship. They were my buffer and my consolation because each day I had to start anew, going to another village and proclaiming the kingdom to people who had never seen me. These disciples were my great inner joy.]
Así, sin mucho esfuerzo directo, la comunidad de Mis apóstoles y discípulos fue formada por los mismos rigores de esta vida de ser un predicador itinerante. Cómo he apreciado sus sacrificios diarios y cómo me regocijé en su compañía. 21. Enfrentamiento con Jerusalén

[A new factor suddenly came on the scene – the Jerusalem factor. Scribes coming from Jerusalem brought their learning and their hostility. They were always there, listening carefully to catch me in my speech.]
Un nuevo factor apareció repentinamente en escena – el factor Jerusalén. Escribas procedentes de Jerusalén traían su aprendizaje y su hostilidad. Ellos siempre estaban allí, escuchando cuidadosamente para atraparme en Mis palabras.
[At times, they would show themselves to confront me in debate. Time and again, I clashed with them. Soon, the crowds caught on and enjoyed to see their so-called wisdom overturned. But I knew the forces of evil were much deeper and defeating them in a debate would not put the axe to the root. Nothing touched their hearts and they were just waiting for their chance.]
A veces, ellos mismos se presentarían para confrontarme en debate. Una y otra vez, Yo me enfrentaba a ellos. [In Galilee, the climate was favorable to me. The people wanted to hear about the kingdom. However, I knew that my trip to Jerusalem would be quite different. There, the scribes and temple leaders would manipulate the crowds. So, their daily presence was always a reminder to me of the hostility that I would have to face when I came to Jerusalem. The future contained some inevitable events. I would go to Jerusalem. I would face hostility and my preaching would clash with the temple leadership. For now, I had the crowds, with their overwhelming needs and their great enthusiasm.]
En Galilea, el clima fue favorable para Mí. La gente quería oír hablar del Reino. Sin embargo, Yo sabía que Mi viaje a Jerusalén sería completamente diferente. Allí, los escribas y los líderes del templo manipularían a las multitudes. Así, su presencia diaria siempre fue un recordatorio para Mí de la hostilidad que tendría que enfrentar cuando llegara a Jerusalén. El futuro contenía algunos acontecimientos inevitables. [For now, I plunged into my ministry, day and night preaching the kingdom. The Father poured out signs and wonders to confirm my words. The two went together. I preached the word and the Father confirmed the word.]
De momento, me sumergí en Mi Ministerio, predicando día y noche el Reino. El Padre derramó signos y prodigios para confirmar Mis palabras. Los dos iban juntos. Yo predicaba la Palabra y el Padre confirmaba la Palabra.
[The clearest example was the paralytic brought on a mat by his four friends. When I declared that his sins were forgiven, some scribes claimed I was blaspheming because only God can forgive sin. The Father confirmed my power in the sight of all by raising up the paralytic. When he picked up his mat and walked, all believed that I had power on earth to forgive sins.]
El ejemplo más claro fue el paralítico llevado en una estera por sus cuatro amigos. Cuando declaré que sus pecados le eran perdonados, algunos escribas dijeron que Yo estaba blasfemando porque sólo Dios puede perdonar el pecado. El Padre confirmó Mi poder a los ojos de todos al levantar al paralítico. Cuando él tomó su camilla y se fue, todos creyeron en que Yo tenía en la tierra el poder para perdonar los pecados.
[This is the way it was every day, the great difficulties of a traveling preacher, the criticism of the scribes, the joy of the people and the great signs and wonders. My disciples saw all of this, but often they did not understand and I had to take them to task for their lack of faith.]
Esta es la forma en que era cada día, las grandes dificultades de un predicador viajero, la crítica de los escribas, la alegría de la gente y las grandes señales y maravillas. Mis discípulos veían todo esto, pero a menudo no entendían y Yo tenía que reprenderlos por su falta de fe.
23. Confiando en el Padre Celestial

[One day, my disciples were even arguing among themselves as to who was the most important. Had they been with me all this time and still did not understand? I had to place a child in their midst and tell them that they must receive the kingdom as a child does. The kingdom is totally a gift from the Father and all boasting and claims to deserve the kingdom are out of order.]
Un día, Mis discípulos hasta estaban discutiendo sobre quién entre ellos era el más importante. ¿Habían estado Conmigo todo este tiempo y todavía no entendían? Tuve que traer a un niño en medio de ellos y decirles que tienen que recibir el Reino como lo hace un niño. El Reino es totalmente un regalo del Padre y toda jactancia y pretensiones de merecer el Reino están fuera de lugar.
[We continued on our mission. The disciples were of good will and loyal, but they were confused and not understanding at all. This will do for now but ahead, they will encounter difficulties that will crush them. There is nothing I can do. That time will come. For now, the crowds grow greater and the signs and wonders increase.]
Continuábamos en nuestra misión. Los discípulos tenían buena voluntad y eran leales, pero estaban confundidos y no comprendían en absoluto. Esto funcionará por ahora, pero más adelante, se van a encontrar con dificultades que los aplastarán. No hay nada que Yo pueda hacer. Ese tiempo llegará. [The crowds seldom leave me alone. From morning to night, they seek me out. They follow me, even into the countryside. My only solitary time is at night, when I slip away in the darkness to speak to my Father. Oh, where is this going? What lies ahead? I trust the heavenly Father who has anointed me with the Spirit to accomplish his works. All I know is that I must complete his task, wherever that will be and whatever it will cost me.]
Las multitudes rara vez me dejan a solas. De la mañana a la noche, me buscan. Ellas me siguen, incluso en el campo. Mi único momento en soledad es por la noche, cuando me escabullo en la oscuridad para hablar con Mi Padre. Oh, ¿adónde va esto? ¿Qué depara el futuro? 24. La Creciente Hostilidad

[I can see the growing hostility. More scribes from Jerusalem are coming. They prepare ahead of time. Their questions are meant to entrap me. Right now, I am still in friendly Galilee, where the crowds always take my part. They are my wall of defense. The scribes can come only so far and then they must retreat. However, when I go to Jerusalem, it will be quite different. They will control the crowds and their opposition can grow much sharper.]
Puedo ver la creciente hostilidad. Más escribas están llegando desde Jerusalén. Ellos se preparan con anticipación. Formulan sus preguntas para atraparme. En este momento, todavía estoy en la amigable Galilea, donde las multitudes siempre están de Mi parte. Son Mi muro de defensa. [The Pharisees are different. They oppose me for religious reasons, believing that I set aside too many rules which they so cherish. They are blind guides but their hostility is not as deep or as sharp or a dangerous as that of the scribes.]
Los fariseos son diferentes. Ellos se oponen a Mí por razones religiosas, pues creen que dejo de lado demasiadas reglas que ellos aprecian mucho. Son guías ciegos, pero su hostilidad no es tan profunda o tan intensa o peligrosa como la de los escribas.
[Everything is in the Father’s hands. He will lead me. I must trust him. The work must be accomplished. The people are sheep without a shepherd and the kingdom is so close at hand.]

25. Sacrificado por el Reino

[In human life, nothing is secure except what is in the Father’s hands. Life changes. Days come and go. Those who were with us, pass away. This is the nature of human life, always hurtling ahead, sometimes at a dizzying pace. Nothing can be totally controlled. Too many unknown factors enter in. So it was in my ministry. I put myself on the edge. I held nothing back. All was sacrificed for the kingdom. I trusted the heavenly Father and he alone guided my steps, even when his path led to my death.]
En la vida humana, nada es seguro excepto lo que está en las manos del Padre. La vida cambia. Los días vienen y se van. Los que estaban con nosotros, fallecen. Esta es la naturaleza de la vida humana, siempre avanzando a toda velocidad, a veces a un ritmo vertiginoso. Nada puede ser totalmente controlado. Demasiados factores desconocidos intervienen. Así sucedió con Mi Ministerio. Me puse en el borde. No me guardé nada. Todo fue sacrificado para el Reino. Yo confié en el Padre Celestial y sólo Él guió Mis pasos, aun cuando Su camino me conducía a la muerte.
[I had a work to accomplish and I did not know exactly how the mystery would end. I could only walk the path each day. “Today and tomorrow and the next day”, I said. That is how I lived in trust. I allowed each day to flow into the next.]
Yo tenía un trabajo que cumplir y no sabía exactamente cómo terminaría el misterio. Sólo podía recorrer el camino cada día. "Hoy y mañana y pasado mañana", Yo decía. Así es como viví en la confianza. Permití que cada día fluyera hacia el siguiente.
26. Fe

[My mission was to preach that the Father’s kingdom was at hand. The Father was going to intervene in human history and break into the human scene. The separation of God from man, which had happened in the beginning, was about to be ended. A new bridge to heaven was to be built. A new relationship of God to man was being established.]
Mi Misión era predicar que el Reino del Padre estaba a la mano. El Padre iba a intervenir en la historia humana y entrar en la escena humana. La separación de Dios del hombre, que había sucedido en el principio, estaba a punto de terminarse. Un nuevo puente al Cielo se iba a construir. Se estaba estableciendo una nueva relación de Dios con el hombre.
[This relationship was to take place in the heart of everyone, but all had to believe. Faith was the central issue. For those who believed, the Father would establish his kingdom in their hearts. Those who did not believe could not be rescued. They remained isolated from God, sharing in the fallen nature of all mankind. By lack of faith, they closed the doors of their hearts to the kingdom that was so imminent and had to be announced. This was a task and I gave myself fully to preaching the message.]
Esta relación iba a tener lugar en el corazón de todos, pero todos tenían que creer. La fe era el tema central. Para los que creían, el Padre establecería Su Reino en sus corazones. Los que no creían no podían ser rescatados. Ellos permanecían aislados de Dios, compartiendo la naturaleza caída de toda la humanidad. [Amid all these events, I had to define what the Father was doing and the central definition was who I was and what was my relationship to the Father. I could not define this for the crowds. They would totally misinterpret what I would reveal.]
En medio de todos estos acontecimientos, Yo tenía que definir lo que el Padre estaba haciendo y la explicación central era quién era Yo y cuál era Mi relación con el Padre. No podía explicar esto a las multitudes. Ellos malinterpretarían totalmente lo que Yo iba a revelar.
[So, I led my disciples to the outer regions of Galilee, toward Caesarea-Philippi, and I opened the question, “Who do people say I am?” They answered, “John the Baptist, Elijah or one of the prophets”. Then I asked, “Who do you say I am?” Peter replied, “You are the Messiah”.]
Así, llevé a Mis discípulos a las afueras de Galilea, en dirección a Cesarea de Filipo, y solté la pregunta: “¿Quién dice la gente que soy?” Ellos contestaron: “Juan el Bautista, Elías o uno de los profetas”. Entonces les pregunté: "¿Quién dicen ustedes que soy?" Pedro respondió: "Tú eres el Mesías".
[The great revelation began to unfold. What the crowds believed about my person was not important. What the disciples believed was vital because this would become the core and center of faith. They must understand who I am and what the Father did when he had me become flesh.]
La gran revelación comenzó a desplegarse. Lo que las multitudes creían sobre Mi persona no era importante. Lo que los discípulos creían era vital porque esto se convertiría en el núcleo y centro de la fe. Ellos deben entender quién soy Yo y lo que el Padre hizo cuando Él me hizo encarnar.

[I let the disciples rejoice in this revelation. I rejoiced, also. They had been faithful to me even before I revealed my identity. So, their great surprise was also my great joy. Quickly, however, I had to address the full reality. I would be a suffering Messiah who would gain his glory by a very cruel death after horrendous suffering.]
Dejé que los discípulos se regocijaran en esta revelación. Yo también me regocijé. Ellos habían sido fieles a Mí incluso antes de que Yo les revelara Mi identidad. Sería un Mesías sufriente que ganaría Su gloria por una muerte muy cruel después de terribles sufrimientos.
[So, I told them that I would have to suffer. Poor Peter, filled with the Father’s wisdom one moment and then filled with his own ignorance the next. Peter protested that this would never happen to me. I had to correct him on the spot. The rock of my Church had quickly become a stumbling block to the others. “Get behind me, Satan.” He was not longer speaking the revelation of God but his own foolish wisdom.]
Así que les dije que Yo iba a tener que sufrir. Pobre Pedro, lleno de la sabiduría del Padre en un instante, y luego en el siguiente, lleno con su propia ignorancia. Pedro protestó que esto nunca me pasaría a Mí. Tuve que corregirlo en el acto. [This episode ended an important moment in their formation. They knew that I was the Messiah and that I would suffer. The whole matter was set aside. We had to return to the crowds.]

[The days and nights continue to be filled with the incessant activity demanded by the great needs of the crowds. Since so many villages had not yet heard the message, I felt that it was time to share my task and my powers with the twelve.]
Los días y las noches siguen para llenarse con la incesante actividad que demandan las grandes necesidades de las multitudes. Ya que muchos pueblos aún no habían oído el mensaje, sentí que era el momento de compartir Mi trabajo y Mis poderes con los doce.
[So, I sent them out, two by two, to go before me into the towns. They would alert people that “The kingdom of heaven is at hand”. To show the presence of that kingdom, they would heal and drive out demons.]
Así que los envié, de dos en dos, para ir delante de Mí a las ciudades. Ellos advertirían a las personas que “El Reino de los Cielos se acerca”. Para demostrar la presencia de ese Reino, ellos harían sanaciones y expulsarían demonios.
[It was all so simple and they did exactly as I asked. They enjoyed success and returned rejoicing. In these early days, even with the great hardships, there was much rejoicing. And I rejoiced with them, to see Satan falling from the sky and losing his power. Soon, however, the clouds would form again, in an ever more powerful way.]
Era todo tan simple y ellos hicieron exactamente como les pedí. Disfrutaron del éxito y volvieron alegres. En estos primeros días, incluso con las grandes dificultades, había mucho regocijo. [We were constantly on the move, going back and forth across the Sea of Galilee. However, the message was always the same. There was no need to change it. This was the basic message. The Father had decided to send me and I declared to all that I was the Bread come down from heaven and whoever would eat of this Bread would live forever.]
Estábamos constantemente en movimiento, yendo y viniendo por el Mar de Galilea. Sin embargo, el mensaje era siempre el mismo. No había necesidad de cambiarlo. Este era el mensaje básico. El Padre había decidido enviarme y Yo les declaraba a todos que Yo era el Pan bajado del Cielo y el que comiera de este Pan viviría para siempre.
[Many took issue with these words. As I told them that I had seen the Father and had come down from heaven, many murmured. As I went further and told them that they had to eat my Flesh and drink my Blood, many walked with me no more. This was the first great crisis in my ministry. Those who had believed in me and had walked with me, were now leaving me, abandoning what they had accepted.]
Muchos tenían problemas con estas palabras. Como Yo les decía que había visto al Padre y que había bajado del Cielo, muchos murmuraban. A medida que iba más allá y les decía que tenían que comer Mi Carne y beber Mi Sangre, muchos dejaron de seguirme. Esta fue la primera gran crisis en Mi Ministerio. [As always, my concern was for the twelve and I had to ask, “Will you also go away?” Peter responded as their head and spokesperson, “Lord, to whom else shall we go? You have the words of eternal life” It was settled. We had survived the first major crisis. Another would follow and then another.]
Como siempre, Mi preocupación era por los doce y tuve que preguntar: “¿También ustedes se quieren marchar?” Pedro respondió como su líder y portavoz, “Señor, ¿a quién más iremos? [I tried not to look down the road but it was difficult not to see what was looming on the horizon. The clouds were gathering. More accusers were coming forth to challenge me. Even the twelve grew disturbed, thinking that sometimes my criticism was too harsh. They did not see that all of this would lead to my death.]
Traté de no mirar el camino pero era difícil no ver lo que se vislumbraba en el horizonte. Las nubes se estaban reuniendo. Más acusadores llegaban para desafiarme. Incluso entre los doce crecía la inquietud, pensando que a veces Mis críticas eran demasiado severas. Ellos no veían que todo esto conduciría a Mi muerte.
[What was I to do? I could only move ahead. I had no control over these clouds. They would form themselves and then cast down their rain of death when the occasion was right. Until that happened, much had to be accomplished. Yet, I could never fully avert my eyes from a situation that was obvious to all. My enemies wanted to destroy me and they clearly had the power to do so.]
¿Qué iba a hacer? Yo sólo podía avanzar. Yo no tenía control sobre estas nubes. Ellas se darían forma a sí mismas y luego arrojarían su lluvia de muerte cuando fuera la ocasión apropiada. Hasta que eso sucediera, mucho tenía que cumplirse. Sin embargo, Yo nunca pude apartar Mis ojos totalmente de una situación que era evidente para todos. [For me, it was always a question of my apostles. How would they handle this darkness when it came full force against me? How hard I tried to prepare them!]

32. El Discípulo Amado

[The apostles were caught up in a different stream. Three times I warned them that suffering and death awaited me, but the intoxication of the crowds and the enthusiasm was too much for them. They even saw themselves as sitting at my right and my left in my kingdom. Little did they realize that at my right and left would be two crucified thieves.]
Los apóstoles fueron atrapados en una corriente diferente. Tres veces les advertí del sufrimiento y muerte que Me esperaban, pero la embriaguez causada por las multitudes y el entusiasmo era demasiado para ellos. Incluso se vieron a sí mismos en el Reino, sentados a Mi derecha y a Mi izquierda. No se dieron cuenta de que a Mi derecha e izquierda serían crucificados dos ladrones.
[The days had their own purposes. The people were taught and healed but there was always the gaping wound of my passion. Only one disciple really understood. He was beloved to me. He was out of the limelight, always in the shadows, never pushing himself forward, but I always had him at my side.]

[He understood my deepest feelings. He grasped that all of this would suddenly collapse. As he later wrote, “The grain of wheat falling into the ground must die, or it remains only a grain of wheat”. What a clear image of what had to happen!]
Él entendió Mis sentimientos más profundos. Él comprendió que todo esto se vendría abajo de repente. Como más tarde escribió: "El grano de trigo que cae en la tierra debe morir, o sigue siendo sólo un grano de trigo". ¡Qué imagen tan clara de lo que tenía que suceder!

[Gradually, everything was set in place. I could easily see all that the Father had planned from the beginning. The crowds grew and my popularity spread. As this happened, I became more and more a target, an object of jealousy and a person who had to be eliminated. Surrounding me were these disciples. They were frail, weak and did not understand, but they were loyal. I knew where their hearts were, all except for one.]
Poco a poco, todo estaba puesto en su lugar. Podía ver fácilmente todo lo que el Padre había planeado desde el principio. Las multitudes crecían y Mi popularidad se extendía. Mientras esto ocurría, Yo estaba más y más en la mira, era un objeto de los celos y una persona que tenía que ser eliminada. Rodeándome estaban estos discípulos. [Judas was clever. He remained close but always holding back. He never fully gave me his heart. He was more an observer than a sharer. Like someone who never made a full decision, he wanted to keep his options open. He grasped what I was saying when I spoke of my death. He knew this was quite possible, given the growing hostility. He was mentally preparing for that possibility. Which side would he be on? What position would he take when my enemies were ready to strike? His heart was not totally with me. His mind and his self-interest held him back from a full surrender. He was on the fence with his options still open. That is not the heart of a disciple and he lost many of the graces that I poured out every day. A divided heart can never receive my blessings.]
Judas era inteligente. Permanecía cerca, pero siempre ocultando algo. Nunca me dio totalmente su corazón. Era más bien un observador que un partícipe. Como alguien que nunca tomaba una decisión clara, él quería mantener sus opciones abiertas. Comprendió lo que Yo estaba diciendo cuando hablé de Mi muerte. [Then, there were the women who accompanied me. What a joy they were. Each had been set free and drawn into the light. They lived in the light and encouraged one another. They gave me their hearts. A woman waits and sees, but once her heart speaks to her she gives herself, totally and completely.]
Entonces, estaban las mujeres que me acompañaban. Qué alegría eran ellas. Cada una había sido liberada y traída a la luz. Vivían en la luz y se animaban unas a otras. Ellas me dieron sus corazones. Una mujer espera y ve, pero una vez que su corazón le habla, ella se entrega, total y completamente.
[They were welcome to travel with us. All of humanity was being restored in our little company of disciples. They were being trained so they could be models for the early Church. Among them was perfect purity, because the divine presence was so overwhelming. They experienced a new way to relate to each other. The greatest was to serve. The powerful were to help and not exploit.]
Fueron invitadas a viajar con nosotros. Toda la humanidad se estaba restaurando en nuestra pequeña compañía de discípulos. Ellos estaban siendo entrenados para que pudieran ser modelos para la Iglesia primitiva. Entre ellos reinaba la perfecta pureza, porque la presencia divina era tan abrumadora. [I saw the crowds coming and going, receiving their blessings and then moving on, and I saw my company of disciples, learning a new way of living. The sinfulness of their culture was being taken away. A newness was taking place. They spoke to each other differently. They put aside their selfish, and sometimes even lust-filled desires, so that charity would not be destroyed. “Love, one another” I would always say. That is all I ask of you. The holy women brought a love that only women can bring]
Veía a las muchedumbres ir y venir, recibir sus bendiciones y luego seguir adelante, y veía a Mi compañía de discípulos, aprender una nueva manera de vivir. Lo pecaminoso de su cultura estaba siendo eliminado. Una novedad estaba teniendo lugar. Ellos hablaban entre sí de manera diferente. [All was quickly coming to a boiling point. The greater enthusiasm and the larger crowds only sparked greater jealousy. The clash was inevitable. The question was where and when. Then came the news. John the Baptizer was killed. Death suddenly became very real. These forces were not imaginary. Even this peaceful man was swept away.]
Todo estaba llegando rápidamente a un punto de ebullición. El mayor entusiasmo y las multitudes más grandes sólo provocaron mayores celos. El choque era inevitable. La cuestión era dónde y cuándo. Luego llegó la noticia. Juan el Bautista fue asesinado. Repentinamente la muerte se volvió muy real. Estas fuerzas no eran imaginarias. Incluso este pacífico hombre fue quitado de en medio.
[I withdrew with my disciples. The news shook my being. The timetable moved up. The Evil One, through those whom he controlled, was already at the door. Having disposed of John, I was his next target. If he could get us both off the scene, then all preaching about a coming kingdom of heaven would be silenced.]
Me retiré con Mis discípulos. La noticia sacudió Mi ser. El calendario se adelantó. El maligno, a través de aquellos a quienes él controlaba, ya estaba en la puerta. Después de haber dispuesto de Juan, Yo era su próximo objetivo. [I felt it was too early. The message had not gone out to all the villages, the disciples were still so unprepared. Yet, I could not deny the evidence. Death had struck down the prophet who had prepared the way and soon it would cut me down in the vigor of my life.]

[We must move quicker. I formed the seventy-two and gave them the same powers and commission as the twelve. I sent them out two by two. For the first time, I began to sense that I would not get to visit all the towns of Israel before my death. I can only do the Father’s will, one day at a time.]

[The inevitable day had come. The Passover was near and I had to go to Jerusalem. We had been there before, but this would be quite different. Before, I went in a private and hidden way to the feast. Now, there was no need for secrecy. Indeed, it would have been impossible. My name was known everywhere, even though many in Jerusalem had never seen me. Now, came the hour.]
El inevitable día había llegado. La Pascua estaba cerca y Yo tenía que ir a Jerusalén. Habíamos estado allí antes, pero esto sería totalmente diferente. Antes, Yo fui de una manera privada y escondida a la fiesta. Ahora, no había necesidad de mantener el secreto. De hecho, habría sido imposible. Mi nombre era conocido en todas partes, a pesar de que muchos en Jerusalén nunca me habían visto. Ahora, llegó la hora.
[We made our way south from Galilee to Jerusalem. The apostles knew that this time would be different, but their minds were filled with visions of glory. This would be the Messianic entry amid the acclaim of the crowds. These images filled their minds. When I talked of suffering and death, they could not imagine that happening.]
Hicimos nuestro camino hacia el sur de Galilea a Jerusalén. Los apóstoles sabían que esta vez sería diferente, pero sus mentes estaban llenas de visiones de gloria. [We arrived at Bethany, at the house of Martha, Mary and Lazarus, whom I had raised from the dead. How peaceful was my soul in this setting. Then, while at dinner, Mary anointed me with costly nard. Judas protested about using the money for the poor. The apostles themselves, wondered about the wisdom of this action, but I quickly told them, “She has done this for my day of burial”. Still, they did not understand that during these days, I would be the real Passover lamb, of which the first lamb was just a symbol.]
Llegamos a Betania, a la casa de Marta, María y Lázaro, a quien había resucitado de entre los muertos. Qué tranquila estaba Mi alma en este lugar. Entonces, durante la cena, María me ungió con costoso nardo. Judas protestó sobre el uso del dinero para los pobres. Los mismos apóstoles se preguntaban acerca de la sensatez de esta acción, pero rápidamente les dije: "Ella ha hecho esto por el día de Mi entierro". [No one could imagine the scene that suddenly and spontaneously unfolded. I rode on a donkey, an animal of peace. I had thrown off the clock of secrecy. It was no longer needed. The moment of the divine revealing of the most sacred mysteries had come. It was my entry into Jerusalem.]
Nadie se pudo imaginar la escena que de pronto y espontáneamente se desarrolló. Me monté en un burro, un animal de paz. Yo había arrojado el manto del secreto. Ya no era necesario. El momento de la revelación divina de los más sagrados misterios había llegado. Era Mi entrada en Jerusalén.
[All were there for the feast days, the highlight of the religious year. Roman soldiers were everywhere. This is the stage, the world-stage that the Father himself had arranged. Every prophet goes to Jerusalem to be killed. The shadows of death were everywhere. Just how they would overcome me, was not yet clear, but the Father wanted me here. He wanted me to come, to present myself to all the people, and to allow them to proclaim me as the Son of David.]
Todos estaban allí para los días de fiesta, el punto culminante del año religioso. Había soldados romanos por todas partes. Este es el escenario, el escenario mundial que el Padre mismo ha dispuesto. Cada profeta va a Jerusalén para ser asesinado. Las sombras de la muerte estaban por todas partes. [This was the scene on the streets of Jerusalem but the important decisions were taking place in the hearts of the temple leaders. They were not acclaiming me nor giving me titles. They were plotting to destroy me. The drama had begun. Now, all the scenes will take place. Nothing can stop my inevitable death.]
Esta era la escena en las calles de Jerusalén, pero las decisiones importantes tenían lugar en los corazones de los líderes del templo. Ellos no me estaban aclamando ni dándome títulos. [I went straight to the temple. It was late and few were selling and buying. That will wait for another day. The goal had been achieved. All the people knew I was here. Everything had been public – my acclaim, the complaints of the Pharisees, and the chants about my relationship to King David.]
Fui directamente al templo. Era tarde y pocos estaban vendiendo y comprando. Eso va a esperar para otro día. El objetivo se había logrado. Todo el pueblo sabía que Yo estaba aquí. Todo había sido público – Mi aclamación, las quejas de los fariseos, y los cantos acerca de Mi relación con el Rey David.
[The apostles were ecstatic. They had accompanied me on the road to this Jerusalem stage and were enjoying the limelight. When this scene becomes the world’s greatest tragedy, they will try quickly to get off the stage, much to their own shame.]
Los apóstoles estaban eufóricos. Ellos me habían acompañado en el camino de este escenario en Jerusalén y estaban disfrutando estar en el foco de atención. Cuando esta escena se convierta en la tragedia más grande del mundo, van a tratar de bajar del escenario rápidamente, para su propia vergüenza.
[My death is close but they fail to see the ominous signs. They look at the crowds. I look at the leaders. They see the enthusiasm. I see the plotting and realize that the heavy hand of suffering and death will soon fall upon me. The die is cast. The secrecy has been removed. I must obey the Father. My teaching this week will confront the temple leaders and they will know that I am talking about them.]
Mi muerte está cerca, pero ellos no pueden ver los signos ominosos. Miran a las muchedumbres. Yo miro a los líderes. Ellos ven el entusiasmo. 39. Purificando el Templo

[The next day, we returned to Jerusalem from Bethany. This was the fateful day, when the Father plotted out my every step. I went immediately to the Temple to teach. There, the crowds had gathered and awaited me. But the teaching had to wait. First, I had to purge the temple.]
Al día siguiente, volvimos a Jerusalén desde Betania. Este era el fatídico día, en que el Padre marcó todos Mis pasos. Fui inmediatamente al templo para enseñar. Allí, las multitudes se habían reunido y me esperaban. Pero la enseñanza tenía que esperar. Primero, tenía que purgar el templo.
[The scene overwhelmed me – all the animals and all the money. The temple was my Father’s house but they had turned it into a den of thieves. Suddenly, the Spirit came upon me, the same Spirit who drove me into the desert for forty days. I could sense his power welling up in me and I acted with abandon, not worrying about the consequences. I had to cleanse my Father’s house.]
La escena me abrumó – todos los animales y todo el dinero. El templo era la casa de Mi Padre, pero ellos lo habían convertido en una guarida de ladrones. De repente, el Espíritu vino sobre Mí, el mismo Espíritu que me llevó al desierto durante cuarenta días. Podía sentir Su poder brotando en Mí y Yo actué con abandono, sin preocuparme por las consecuencias. Tenía que purificar la casa de Mi Padre.
[This was accomplished swiftly, the many tables overturned and the animals all scattered. Then I taught the people and returned to Bethany. The great confrontation had taken place. I challenged the temple to become “a house of prayer”. The leaders refused that invitation. I would have restored the temple. I would have filled the temple with God’s glory, as happened when Solomon dedicated it. The leaders did not want my glory but my death. What more could I do for my people, when their leaders rejected me?]
Esto se logró con rapidez, las muchas mesas volcadas y los animales todos dispersos. Después le enseñé a la gente y volví a Betania. La gran confrontación había ocurrido. Desafié al templo a convertirse en “una casa de oración”. Los líderes rechazaron esa invitación. Yo habría restaurado el templo. 40. Semana Santa en el Templo

[The rest of the week was spent in controversy. The crowds would gather and I had to confront the policies of the temple leadership. I told the parable of the tenants who refused to pay their rent and who mistreated and even killed the messengers of the owner. Finally, he sent his son, but, even the son they killed. The owner had only one choice – he had to remove those tenants. These were the Jerusalem leaders and they knew I had spoken the parable about themselves.]
El resto de la semana transcurrió en controversia. Las multitudes se reunían y tuve que enfrentar las políticas del liderazgo del templo. Conté la parábola de los viñadores que se negaron a pagar el alquiler y que maltrataron e incluso mataron a los mensajeros del propietario. Por último, él envió a su hijo, pero incluso al hijo lo mataron. El propietario tenía sólo una opción – tenía que acabar con esos inquilinos. [The battle lines were set and the crowds were in the middle. Their size and enthusiasm worried these leaders and, although they feared the crowds, the need to kill me grew greater each day. The course ahead was inevitable. I could see the Father’s hand and all that he had revealed to me about what would happen in Jerusalem. I could only withdraw with my disciples and prepare for the Passover Supper.]
Las líneas de batalla se establecieron y las multitudes estaban en el medio. Su tamaño y entusiasmo preocupaba a estos líderes y, aunque temían a la multitud, la necesidad de matarme crecía más y más cada día. El curso por delante era inevitable. Podía ver la mano del Padre y todo lo que me había revelado sobre lo que sucedería en Jerusalén. Yo sólo podía retirarme con Mis discípulos y preparar todo para la Cena Pascual.
41. La Última Cena

[This was the night, the special night when all that had been promised would be given over. I would give over myself into the hands of my apostles by the mystery of my Body and Blood, and I would be handed over by Judas into the hands of my enemies.]
Esta era la noche, la noche especial en que todo lo que se había prometido sería entregado. Yo me entregaría a Mí mismo en las manos de Mis apóstoles por el Misterio de Mi Cuerpo y Sangre, y sería entregado por Judas en las manos de Mis enemigos.
[How great were the emotions in my soul, as if the Father’s hand was moving me along in a mighty stream to which I continually said “yes”. The supper was like a drama that would be lived out millions of times until the end of history. First, the apostles had to be cleansed by my washing their feet. Then, the group itself had to be cleansed by my confronting Judas, who went out into the night.]
Qué grandes eran las emociones en Mi alma, como si la mano del Padre me hiciera avanzar por una poderosa corriente a la que continuamente Yo decía “Sí”. La cena fue como un drama que se viviría millones de veces hasta el fin de la historia. En primer lugar, los apóstoles tenían que quedar limpios por Mi lavado de sus pies. Luego, el propio grupo tenía que ser purificado cuando confronté a Judas, quien salió a la noche.
[Finally, the great gift could be given. “Take and eat. This is my Body. Take and drink, this is the chalice of my Blood of the new covenant which will be shed for many. Do this in memory of me”. The gift was complete. The apostles had been anointed with the Spirit. This would become “the breaking of the bread”, the central moment of the New Covenant. However, I had not yet paid the price, the “shedding of my blood”. That was awaiting me, but they did not realize the other events of this special night.]
Finalmente, el gran regalo se podía dar. “Tomen y coman. Este es Mi Cuerpo. Tomen y beban, este es el Cáliz de Mi Sangre de la Nueva Alianza, que será derramada por muchos. Hagan esto en memoria Mía”. El regalo se completó. Los apóstoles habían sido ungidos con el Espíritu. Esto se convertiría en “la fracción del pan”, el momento central de la Nueva Alianza. Sin embargo, Yo todavía no había pagado el precio, el “derramamiento de Mi Sangre”. Eso me aguardaba a Mí, pero ellos no se daban cuenta de los demás acontecimientos de esta noche especial.

[I knew exactly where we would go – the garden of Gethsemane, that place of consolation where I frequently found rest. All the preliminary events were over. There remained only the great trial. I could no longer put it aside. The fullness of its destructive powers confronted me. I had to move quickly, taking with me only Peter, James and John, while asking the others to sit there and pray.]
Yo sabía exactamente adónde iríamos – el jardín de Getsemaní, ese lugar de consuelo donde con frecuencia encontré descanso. Todos los eventos preliminares habían terminado. Sólo quedaba la gran prueba. Yo ya no podía hacerla a un lado. La plenitud de sus poderes destructivos me confrontaba. Tenía que actuar con rapidez, llevando Conmigo sólo a Pedro, Santiago y Juan, mientras pedía a los demás quedarse allí y rezar.
[Quickly, the full agony began. The three apostles could see the change. I told them that my soul was sorrowful and to watch and pray. Going a little further, I could no longer hold back my pleas, “Father, if it is possible, take this chalice away from me”. No answer came. No words fell from the Father’s lips.]
Rápidamente, la agonía total comenzó. Los tres apóstoles podían ver el cambio. Yo les dije que Mi alma estaba triste y que velaran y rezaran. Yendo un poco más allá, no pude contener ya Mis súplicas: “Padre, si es posible, aparta de Mí este cáliz”. No hubo respuesta. Ninguna palabra salió de los labios del Padre.
[Soon, Judas would come with those who would arrest me. He knew this place. He was the key to my capture. I cried out again. Again, only silence. Then I uttered those words, “Not my will, but yours be done”. I would be his faithful Son until the last drop of blood was shed. The time had come. The crowd led by Judas was here. I gathered up the sleeping apostles and awaited the confrontation.]
Pronto, Judas vendría con aquellos que me arrestarían. Él conocía este lugar. Él era la clave para Mi captura. Grité de nuevo. Una vez más, sólo el silencio. [As Judas stood before me, all the memories flooded my soul – the first time I had seen him, the good qualities that led me to choose him as an apostle, the potential for good that lay in his spirit. Now, all of that was cast aside. Satan had his heart.]
Mientras Judas estaba delante de Mí, todos los recuerdos inundaron Mi alma - la primera vez que lo vi, las buenas cualidades que me llevaron a elegirlo como apóstol, el potencial para el bien que había en su espíritu. Ahora, todo eso estaba descartado, pues satanás tenía su corazón.
[Satan and I had battled over Judas. How often I had prayed for him, knowing that his soul was at stake. He, one of the twelve, now belonged to the enemy. All his inner resources and his knowledge of my whereabouts were in enemy hands.]
Sí, satanás y Yo hemos combatido a causa de Judas. Con cuánta frecuencia he orado por él, sabiendo que su alma estaba en juego. Él, uno de los doce, ahora le pertenecía al enemigo. Todos sus recursos internos y su conocimiento sobre Mi ubicación estaban en manos del enemigo.
[I called him “friend”, but he kissed me with the kiss of betrayal. This was my deepest sorrow. I had lost him. He would not be mine. Better if he had never been born. I would take that sorrow all the way to my death. It would never leave me. Satan used it again and again to torment me in my final hours. “You are the savior of the world and you could not even save one of your twelve”. Judas was free to choose. Everyone is free to choose my saving grace and all who turn away cause me the deepest sorrow.]
Lo llamé “amigo”, pero él me besó con el beso de la traición. Este fue Mi más profundo pesar. Lo había perdido. No sería Mío. Más le valiera nunca haber nacido. Yo iba a cargar ese dolor todo el camino hasta Mi muerte. Nunca me abandonaría. Y satanás lo utilizaba una y otra vez para atormentarme en Mis últimas horas. “Tú eres el Salvador del mundo y ni siquiera pudiste salvar a uno de Tus doce”. Judas era libre para elegir. Todo el mundo es libre para elegir Mi Gracia Salvadora y todos los que se apartan, me causan la más profunda tristeza.

[The apostles were confronted by this evil. It was no longer just my words, “I will be handed over to the Gentiles”. The reality was upon them and they were not ready for the test. Peter responded in a human way, drawing his sword. But every human response to this supernatural evil was woefully inadequate. After this show of force, they all fled and I was left alone to face the darkest of nights. My passion had begun. It was just the first chapter. All my blood would be shed before the story would reach its climax.]
Los apóstoles fueron confrontados por este mal. Ya no eran sólo Mis palabras, “seré entregado a los gentiles”. La realidad estaba sobre ellos y no estaban listos para la prueba. Pedro respondió de una manera humana, desenvainando su espada. Pero cada respuesta humana a este mal sobrenatural era lamentablemente inadecuada. Después de esta demostración de fuerza, todos huyeron y me quedé solo para hacer frente a la más oscura de las noches. Mi Pasión había comenzado. Era sólo el primer capítulo. Toda Mi sangre sería derramada antes de que la historia alcanzara su clímax.
[I had done what the Father asked. I had stood solidly in his will. I would not be budged, no matter what forces came against me. Everything depended on my faithful “Yes” to the Father. I had to reverse the original “No”, so a bridge could be built to heaven.]
Yo había hecho lo que el Padre me pedía. Había permanecido sólidamente en Su Voluntad. Yo no cambiaría de opinión, no importa qué fuerzas vinieran contra Mí. Todo dependía de Mi fiel “Sí” al Padre. Tenía que cambiar el “No” original, para que pudiera ser construido un puente al Cielo.

[The loneliness of this night! Filled with the humiliations of coming before the Sanhedrin, the expectancy of coming before Pilate and the crowds tomorrow, the failure of the apostles, the betrayal by Judas and the denial of Peter. They all weighed heavily upon me. I was alone. Even the Father remained silent. I heard only my own words, spoken aloud in the silent night, “Not my will, but your will be done”. That is all I had – my own words spoken in the emptiness of my soul.]
¡La soledad de esta noche! Llena de las humillaciones de venir ante el Sanedrín, la expectativa de estar ante Pilato y las multitudes mañana, el fracaso de los apóstoles, la traición de Judas y la negación de Pedro. Todos ellos pesaban sobre Mí. Yo estaba solo. Incluso el Padre permanecía en silencio. Escuchaba sólo Mis propias palabras, pronunciadas en voz alta en el silencio de la noche, "No se haga Mi Voluntad, sino Tu Voluntad". Eso es todo lo que tenía – Mis propias palabras pronunciadas en el vacío de Mi Alma.
[Tomorrow, in every situation, I will seek just one thing – to do the Father’s will until my death on the cross. Then, and only then, will I be able to say “It is finished”.]
Mañana, en cada situación, voy a buscar una sola cosa – hacer la Voluntad del Padre hasta Mi Muerte en la Cruz. Entonces, y sólo entonces, seré capaz de decir: "Todo está consumado".

[All of Jerusalem learned quickly what had happened. I was dragged before them as a prisoner. My accusers had the final word. They swayed the crowds. No one spoke on my behalf. I, myself, was silent when I could easily have defended myself before Pilate. The Father wanted this. I was to be the defenseless lamb led to slaughter – the real, living Passover Lamb.]
Todo Jerusalén supo rápidamente lo que había sucedido. Fui llevado a rastras, ante ellos, como prisionero. Mis acusadores tenían la última palabra. Influenciaron a la muchedumbre. Nadie habló en Mi favor. Yo mismo estuve en silencio cuando fácilmente podría haberme defendido delante de Pilato. El Padre quería esto. Yo iba a ser el indefenso cordero llevado al matadero – el verdadero, viviente Cordero Pascual.
[Such is the mystery of the Father in his love for man, that he would sacrifice his only begotten Son, the One who lived in his bosom for all eternity. The One he sent into the world to save the world would be sacrificed on the wood of the cross.]
Tal es el Misterio del Padre en Su Amor por el hombre, que sacrificaría a Su Hijo Unigénito, el Único que vivió en el centro de Su Ser por toda la eternidad. El Único a quien envió al mundo para salvar al mundo sería sacrificado en el madero de la Cruz.
[Only this mystery could reconcile man to God. In this is contained every mystery. All the world can understand the sacrifice of the cross. This is the door into the secrets hidden in the Father’s loving heart. Does mankind want to read this story? No, it turns away and lives, instead, in darkness.]
Solamente este misterio podría reconciliar al hombre con Dios. En esto está contenido cada misterio. Todo el mundo puede entender el Sacrificio de la Cruz. Esta es la puerta de los secretos escondidos en el Amoroso Corazón del Padre. ¿Quiere la humanidad a leer esta historia? No, se da la vuelta y vive, en cambio, en la oscuridad.

[Along the way, the Father provided people who would help and console – Simeon who carried my cross, Veronica who washed my face, the holy women of Jerusalem who cried over my sufferings and those holy women who had come with me from Galilee. How much each one meant to me and I have never forgotten one word, one act or one gesture of consolation that they gave to me. All is etched eternally into my memory and redounds to their glory in heaven.]
A lo largo del camino, el Padre dispuso a personas que me ayudarían y consolarían – Simeón que cargó Mi cruz, Verónica que limpió Mi rostro, las santas mujeres de Jerusalén que lloraron por Mis sufrimientos y aquellas santas mujeres que habían venido Conmigo desde Galilea. Cuánto significó cada uno para Mí, y nunca he olvidado una palabra, una acción o un gesto de consuelo que ellos me dieron. Todo está impreso eternamente en Mi memoria y redunda en su gloria en los Cielos.
[So it is with earthly life. Every prayer, every sacrifice, every lifting up of a person’s heart to console me on this earth is eternally etched in my memory. This is the greatness of the Christian life – to console me in my sorrows and to give me to drink in my thirst.]
Lo mismo sucede con la vida terrenal. Cada oración, cada sacrificio, cada elevación del corazón de una persona para consolarme en esta tierra es eternamente grabada en Mi memoria. Esta es la grandeza de la vida cristiana – consolarme en Mis tristezas y darme de beber en Mi sed.
48. La Mujer y el Discípulo Amado

[There were two special people, the disciple whom I loved and my mother. In my final hours, they consoled me as no one else could ever do. Frequently, I looked at them standing valiantly at the foot of the cross. They said no words and made no gestures, but I knew what was in their hearts.]
Había dos personas especiales, el discípulo a quien amaba y Mi Madre. En Mis últimas horas, me consolaron como nadie más podría hacer jamás. Con frecuencia, los vi aguantar valientemente al pie de la Cruz. No dijeron palabras ni hicieron gestos, pero Yo sabía lo que pasaba en sus corazones.
[They were the two who were closest to my own heart. Their sorrows multiplied my sorrows. This is the truth about human life. The same love that consoles also increases the pain. A constant flow took place between our hearts, a flow of both consolation and sorrow.]
Ellos eran los dos que estaban más cerca de Mi Corazón. Sus dolores multiplicaron Mis dolores. Esta es la verdad sobre la vida humana. El mismo amor que consuela también aumenta el sufrimiento. Un flujo constante tuvo lugar entre nuestros corazones, un flujo de consuelo y de dolor.
[Finally, I had to say what was in my heart. “Woman, behold your son”, and to the disciple “Behold your mother”. That was the grace of my death. A believer would share in my relationship to my mother. From this flows every gift. So, I say to all the world, “Behold your mother”. She will make you children of the Father.]
Por último, tenía que decir lo que había en Mi Corazón. “Mujer, ahí tienes a Tu hijo”, y al discípulo: “Ahí tienes a Tu Madre”. Esa fue la gracia de Mi Muerte. Un creyente compartiría Mi relación con Mi Madre. Desde aquí fluye todo regalo. Por lo tanto, Yo le digo a todo el mundo: “Ahí tienen a su Madre”. Ella va a hacer de ustedes, hijos del Padre.
49. La Muerte en la Cruz

[Finally, death came upon me just as it comes upon everyone. My body could no longer support life and my soul no longer had a dwelling place. It was free to enter into eternal light. Suddenly, the heavenly realms were changed. The doors of heaven were opened and I led a multitude of souls, including my foster father Joseph, into heavenly glory.]
Finalmente, la muerte vino sobre Mí tal como viene sobre todos. Mi Cuerpo no podía sostener ya la vida y Mi Alma no tenía ya una morada. Era libre para entrar en la Luz Eterna. De pronto, los dominios Celestiales habían cambiado. Las puertas del Cielo se abrieron y lideré una multitud de almas, incluyendo a Mi padre adoptivo José, a la gloria Celestial.
[What I always believed, I saw, experienced and tasted. The will of the Father had been accomplished and now a light went from earth to heaven. What had been separated was now joined again. A new road was constructed by my human nature taken from my virginal mother.]
Lo que Yo siempre creí, vi, experimenté y probé. La Voluntad del Padre se había cumplido y ahora una Luz salía desde la tierra hasta el Cielo. Lo que había sido separado ahora se unía de nuevo. Un nuevo camino fue construido por Mi naturaleza humana tomada de Mi Madre virginal.
[All could walk this road. I needed only to prove to the apostles that I was the way to the Father. This still lay ahead in the Father’s plan.]
Todos podían recorrer este camino. Sólo necesitaba demostrarles a los apóstoles que Yo era el Camino al Padre. Esto todavía está por delante en el plan del Padre.
50. Rey de los Ángeles

[I entered into my glory, welcomed by all the angels and saints and united forever with my heavenly Father, an experience which every justified soul enjoys when they come to heaven. I am the first-born among the dead and those who were deceased first experienced my power to free them from captivity and to bring them into heavenly glory. These souls had awaited my coming and now they could rejoice in the fullness of God that had been denied them until I redeemed them by my Blood.]
Entré en Mi gloria, fui bien recibido por todos los ángeles y santos y me uní para siempre con Mi Padre Celestial, una experiencia que cada alma justificada disfruta cuando llega al Cielo. Soy el primogénito entre los muertos y los que estaban difuntos experimentaron en primer lugar Mi poder para liberarlos del cautiverio y llevarlos a la gloria Celestial. Estas almas habían esperado Mi venida y ahora podían regocijarse en la plenitud de Dios que les había sido negada hasta que Yo los redimí por Mi Sangre.
[But that is not all. Finally, the angels had their king. They had seen the mystery of my birth and had announced this to the shepherds. They had witnessed my agony in the Garden, and saw my death on the cross. Now they went before me as my soul entered into its glory.]
Pero eso no es todo. Por último, los ángeles tenían a su Rey. Habían visto el misterio de Mi Nacimiento y habían anunciado esto a los pastores. Habían sido testigos de Mi agonía en el Huerto, y vieron Mi Muerte en la Cruz. Ahora ellos iban delante de Mí, mientras que Mi alma entraba en Su gloria.
51. La Resurrección

[This mystery of becoming flesh was far from complete. My body, which had suffered so much, still lay in the tomb. On the third day, my glorified soul entered once again into my body, changing it into a glorified body, which could no longer be limited by the boundaries of human flesh.]
Este misterio de encarnarme estaba lejos de estar completo. Mi cuerpo, que había sufrido tanto, aún yacía en la tumba. En el tercer día, Mi alma glorificada entró una vez más en Mi cuerpo, transformándolo en un cuerpo glorificado, que ya no podía ser limitado por las fronteras de la carne humana.
[The time of my appearances began. My disciples would know exactly what had taken place. These visions were numerous, sometimes to individuals and, at other times, to groups. All had the same purpose – to bring the disciples to faith that I was their Lord and God and to show them that I had entered into my heavenly glory. They would follow if they held on to my word. They were to tell the whole world, so everyone could have the same faith and be saved.]
El tiempo de Mis apariciones comenzó. Mis discípulos sabrían exactamente lo que había ocurrido. Estas visiones fueron numerosas, a veces individuales y, en otras ocasiones, grupales. Todas tenían el mismo propósito – llevar a los discípulos a la fe de que Yo era su Señor y Dios, y para mostrarles que Yo había entrado a Mi gloria Celestial. Ellos seguirían si se quedaban con Mi palabra. Ellos iban a decirlo al mundo entero, para que todos pudieran tener la misma fe y ser salvados.
52. Manifestación a María

[There was a unique moment of my glory when I manifested my glorified presence to my mother. This is not recorded in Scripture because it was so internal to her spirit. Because the disciples needed bodily visions, I appeared to them to convince them of my rising from the dead. My mother did not need this. She was ready for the highest manifestation of my glory in the deepest part of her soul. This slightest touch of God effects greater glory than many lower gifts, like bodily visions.]
Hubo un momento único de Mi gloria cuando manifesté Mi presencia glorificada a Mi Madre. Esto no está registrado en las Escrituras porque fue tan interno para Su espíritu. Debido a que los discípulos necesitaban visiones corporales, me aparecí a ellos para convencerlos de Mi Resurrección de entre los muertos. Mi Madre no necesitaba esto. Ella estaba lista para la más alta manifestación de Mi gloria en lo más profundo de Su alma. Este ligerísimo toque de Dios produce mayor gloria que muchos regalos inferiores, como las visiones corporales.
[Such it was with my mother and this experience cannot be described in words. Also, it is continuous and constantly growing. She went from glory to glory, a glory unknown to men and angels. She was totally hidden in me, arriving at the center of my heart. From the time of my resurrection to the time of her Assumption there was a continuous growing union of our spirits. This happened only after my human nature entered into its glory. These secrets will be on display for all to see in heaven, where every human being enters into the union between myself and my mother. How else can anyone be born to eternal life? She is the mother of all the living.]
Tal sucedió con Mi Madre y esta experiencia no se puede describir con palabras. Además, es continua y está en constante crecimiento. Ella iba de gloria en gloria, una gloria desconocida para los hombres y los ángeles. Ella estaba totalmente oculta en Mí, llegando al centro de Mi Corazón. Desde el momento de Mi Resurrección hasta el momento de Su Asunción hubo una continua unión creciente de Nuestros espíritus. Esto ocurrió sólo después de que Mi naturaleza humana entró en Su gloria. Estos secretos se darán a conocer para que todos los vean en el Cielo, donde todo ser humano entra en la unión entre Mi persona y Mi Madre. ¿De qué otra manera puede uno nacer a la vida eterna? Ella es la Madre de todos los vivientes.
53. Los Momentos Finales

[A moment came when all the preliminary work of teaching and forming my disciples had been completed. I gathered them together on the Mount of Olivet. I allowed all to see me for this final time. I was lifted up to heaven, body and soul, before their very eyes. This final vision sealed their faith. They knew what to do. They had to return to Jerusalem and await the coming of the Holy Spirit. All was ready for the Final Age, for the coming of the Spirit who will prepare the world for my Second Coming in glory.]
Llegó un momento en que todo el trabajo preliminar de la enseñanza y la formación de Mis discípulos, se había completado. Los reuní en el Monte de los Olivos. Dejé que todos me vieran por esta última vez. Fui elevado al Cielo en cuerpo y alma, ante sus propios ojos. Esta visión final selló su fe. Ellos sabían qué hacer. Tenían que regresar a Jerusalén y esperar la venida del Espíritu Santo. Todo estaba listo para la Era Final, para la venida del Espíritu que preparará al mundo para Mi Segunda Venida en gloria.
[You must listen to the Spirit! You must invoke that Spirit. You must be baptized in that Spirit. You must allow that Spirit to lead you to me. No one enters into the kingdom of God without that Spirit. He is my first gift to all who believe. He places a prayer, deep in your hearts, “Come, Lord Jesus”. Amen.]
¡Ustedes deben escuchar al Espíritu! Deben invocar ese Espíritu. Deben ser bautizados en ese Espíritu. Deben permitir que el Espíritu les conduzca a Mí. Nadie entra en el Reino de Dios sin el Espíritu. Él es Mi primer regalo para todos los que creen. Él pone una oración, en lo profundo de sus corazones: “Ven, Señor Jesús”. Amén.
